A couple of months ago, I found bottles of Chanel being sold on Ebay Singapore at surprisingly low prices.
I contacted the seller but I was told that they were for pickup only.
Luckily, my friend Miko, who is based in Singapore, was willing to help me make the purchase.
Miko went home to Manila for her birthday weekend and she brought home the bottles with her. Sadly, we weren’t able to meet while she was here – our schedules kept us on opposite sides of the city.
But Miko made sure the package reached me.
And the package contained some awesome surprises.
I’m kind of drunk on Chanel now.
Here are the five bottles Miko helped me get from the Ebay seller in Singapore.
They are mostly older and limited edition shades that are no longer easy to find.
I feel so lucky that I had the chance to get them – and at a good price too.
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again – I love Chanel porn.
And now Chanel is once again on top of my list of Brands With Most Number Of Bottles In My Collection.
This is Chanel Enthusiast, the shade I was most excited about out of the five.
It did not disappoint. It’s an insanely bright orange red.
This is Beige D’Or, a pretty sparkly beige.
Google tells me this was launched in 2006, long before my Chanel polish obsession began.
This is Sun Gloss.
Such a soft pretty pink in the bottle but insanely sheer on the nails.
And since I’m not a fan of visible nail line, I’m still trying to figure out how to wear this.
This is Rose Gloss.
Just a tad darker than Sun Gloss but also really sheer.
This is Rose Paradise, released in early 2010 as a Neiman Marcus exclusive. It’s still available now on Chanel’s website.
It’s so pretty. I was surprised at how much I loved it.
These five bottles were overwhelming enough but Miko had some surprises for me.
Like this set of minis from OPI’s Touring America Collection.
How did she even know I wanted this? I’ve been crushing on these colors after seeing Eugenia’s swatches but they weren’t available here in Manila.
And this crazy glow-in-the-dark polish that will be perfect for Halloween.
And this adorable rubber ducky keychain.
And the best part? This sweet note.
I really have the sweetest and most thoughtful friends.

Lovely haul lady! I don’t own any Chanel, so I don’t know what I’m missing but hey….one day ha? Hehe! I’m glad you were able to get them for a good price. Older ones can cost a ton!
Kitty! Oh yeah, Ebay prices are usually insane – and a lot of the shades they are selling are still available at counters and on Chanel’s website for way less!
I have made it a rule never to pay more than retail.. And I’ve been able to stick with it
I can’t wait for you to own your first Chanel although I have to say, buying Chanel polish is like coloring your hair. Once you start, it’s hard to stop. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing

Hello Pam! First I have to say I love your website! It’s always so much fun to read. I’m Chanel addict, too. But in general- clothing, bags, everything. So I was interested how many Chanel polishes exist. And this post made me extremely happy cause I added 2 more to 128 polishes I found all over the internet. And I have to say your website was huge help when I did my little research. I wonder how many more I will discover.
